BIO

A structural engineer of some 44 years standing my experience encompasses a variety of prestigious projects in the residential, commercial, retail, mining, medical, heritage and educational sectors in countries including South Africa, Kenya, Mozambique, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, the United Kingdom and the Comoros. I’ve led a boutique firm of civil and structural engineers and acted as Leader of multi-disciplinary teams for clients including BMW, GlaxoSmithKlein and ESKOM. I am a past-chairman of the South Africa Branch of the British Institution of Structural Engineers and currently a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (South Africa).
